Product Details

SB-1300 is a single-component, water-based sealer that can be applied immediately after surface installation. It’s suitable for both new and old horizontal or vertical surfaces, indoors and outdoors. This breathable sealer protects against salts, acids, and corrosive chemicals, helping to minimize weathering and surface deterioration.

With its antifungal properties, SB-1300 helps prevent mold, moss, and algae buildup on the sealed surface. It dries clear with a matte finish and is freeze-resistant down to -60°F (-51°C) and stable up to 180°F (82°C). The product is non-hazardous and complies with VOC/EPA regulations.

Suitable Surfaces

SB-1300 is ideal for concrete and clay pavers, flat and stamped concrete, masonry, natural and manufactured stone, retaining wall blocks, concrete walls, and exposed aggregate. It is especially beneficial in shaded areas, pool decks, and outdoor showers where mildew, fungi, and algae are common. It’s safe for both new and old surfaces, inside and out. It’s not recommended for granite, marble, asphalt, or glazed/ceramic tile—testing is recommended for these surfaces before application.
