Atlantic Triton Check Valves are designed to be installed on the pump in the Skimmer to help maintain water in the biological filter and keep beneficial bacteria hydrated. The Triton TR215CV Check Valve is the first valve specifically made for water features. It comes with adapters to fit various pumps, skimmers, vaults, and plumbing setups. The valve features single unions above and below for easy removal during servicing, maintenance, or winterization.
This full-flow swing valve includes inlet and outlet unions, a replaceable gasket, discharge fittings, and 2" PVC pipe with a tapered insert fitting for both metric and ASTM standard tubing. The reversible discharge pipe is compatible with all 1.5" and 2" TidalWave pumps and Atlantic equipment. It has precise molded dimensions to ensure correct lengths for Atlantic products, with cut-to-fit increments on the reverse side. The discharge extension can be used with taller Atlantic equipment, and the maximum assembled height is 23" from the pump discharge to the center of the outlet pipe. The TR215CV valve measures 5.625"L x 3.5"W x 10"H with a 1.5" or 2" MIPT inlet and a 1.5" or 2" socket outlet. It comes with a 3-year warranty.
